Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your subscription to and use of the Apollo Group TV IPTV service, provided by Apollo Group TV B.V.. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Apollo Group TV provides access to a library of live channels and on-demand movies and series, streamed under proper content licensing agreements. Access is granted for the subscription period you purchase and is for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Account and device use

• You are responsible for keeping your activation credentials secure.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Simultaneous device use is limited according to your plan — sharing credentials beyond your plan's device limit may result in suspension.
• You agree not to redistribute, rebroadcast, or resell access to the service.

Payments and renewals

Subscriptions are one-time payments for the duration selected at checkout (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and do not auto-renew unless you explicitly opt in to a recurring plan at checkout.

Service availability

We work to keep channels and on-demand titles available and streaming reliably, but individual channels may occasionally be unavailable due to upstream licensing or technical issues outside our control.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms, including unauthorized redistribution of access or abuse of device limits.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apollo Group TV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including interruptions to individual channels or titles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email.
